About the role
Internships, freelance, and college projects all count. We hire on craft and curiosity, not credentials. Clear growth path to senior designer in 2-3 years — we will help you get there.
What you'll actually do
- Design websites, landing pages, and product UIs in Figma.
- Build clean, modern, mobile-responsive layouts — client work and our own products.
- Work closely with the developer to make sure what you design is what gets built.
- Create simple brand assets when needed — social posts, decks, basic graphics.
- Stay curious about what good design looks like in 2026 and bring that into Axoix.
Who we're looking for
- Comfortable in Figma — frames, auto-layout, components, basic prototyping.
- A portfolio (even 3-4 pieces) showing websites, app screens, or landing pages.
- Strong sense of layout, spacing, typography, and colour.
- Understands the difference between a good-looking design and a usable one.
- Open to feedback and fast at iterating.
Nice to have
- Basic HTML / CSS / Tailwind — enough to read and tweak.
- Familiar with design systems (Material, shadcn, Apple HIG).
- Some exposure to motion / Framer / Webflow / Canva for marketing assets.
- Any AI design tool experience (Midjourney, Figma AI, Galileo, etc.).
