About the role

AXOIX is an AI-assisted operating system that runs an Indian business end-to-end — bookings, billing, GST-compliant accounting, payroll, inventory, CRM and operations in one platform. We're live with hotels, founder-led, and at the stage every great salesperson dreams of catching: real product, early customers, and a wide-open market. You won't inherit a script — you'll help write the one that scales.

This is a founding role. You'll sell directly to hotels and build the partner/affiliate channel that multiplies our reach, reporting directly to the founder. What you learn in your first six months will shape how this company sells for years.

What you'll actually do

  • Own the full cycle for hotels — prospect, discovery, demo, negotiate, and close Commander-tier deals (₹15k/mo), then onboard them well.
  • Self-source pipeline across calls, field visits, WhatsApp, email and LinkedIn — no leads handed to you, and that's the point.
  • Recruit and enable affiliate partners (hospitality consultants, PMS resellers, CAs, local IT vendors) — and earn a 1% override when they produce.
  • Be the founder's discovery partner: log what wins and loses, sharpen the ICP, lock the playbook.
  • Keep an honest pipeline and forecast in the CRM.

Who we're looking for

  • 2–4 years of full-cycle, quota-carrying B2B sales (you've personally closed deals and owned a number).
  • A hunter energized — not exhausted — by building from scratch.
  • Consultative instinct: you diagnose before you pitch.
  • Fluent English + Hindi (a regional language is a bonus); comfortable with hotel owners and GMs.
  • Coachable, organized, honest, excited by ambiguity and upside.

Nice to have

  • Selling into hotels / hospitality tech (IDS Next, Hotelogix, eZee, STAAH, Cloudbeds, OYO/Treebo, MMT/Booking.com).
  • SMB ops/billing SaaS (Petpooja, Posist, Zoho SMB, Vyapar) or accounting/ERP/GST sales (Tally, Zoho Books, Busy).
  • SMB fintech / payments field sales (Razorpay, Pine Labs, BharatPe, PayU).
  • Any channel / partner / affiliate recruitment experience.
  • Ex-hotel front-office / revenue / GM who moved into SaaS sales.
