About the role
We started Axoix because we wanted a place where people who actually love building could do real work, on real projects, without being lost in a 500-person hierarchy. You will not be the 87th person on a team — you will be one of the people the company is built around.
What you'll actually do
- Be the first person to respond to leads from Fiverr, Freelancer, Upwork, our website, WhatsApp and email.
- Understand what the client needs, explain what Axoix can do, qualify the lead.
- Hop on quick video / voice calls — demo work, share quotes, answer questions.
- Coordinate with design + dev to scope and price projects.
- Follow up consistently — most deals are won in the follow-up, not the first call.
- Maintain a clean record of conversations, proposals sent, and deals closed.
Who we're looking for
- Excellent spoken and written English (Hindi a plus).
- Confident, warm, and presentable on video calls and chat.
- Persuasive without being pushy. You like talking to people and you like winning.
- Comfortable on Fiverr / Freelancer / Upwork / WhatsApp Business — or willing to learn fast.
- Organised — you don't lose track of a lead.
- Hungry to earn. The incentive is real and uncapped.
Nice to have
- Past experience selling on Fiverr / Freelancer / Upwork.
- Basic understanding of web design, development, or AI services.
- Prior inside-sales, BPO, customer-success, or freelancing background.
